Shipping:

At Gifted Personally, we understand that receiving your order in a timely manner is important. We aim to dispatch all personalized goods within 10 business days after receiving your order. Please note that this does not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, please allow an additional 2-7 business days for delivery worldwide. We cover all additional taxes & customs so you can enjoy  international delivery without the worry of any additional fees! 

To provide you with the best possible service, we work with trusted shipping partners to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your products. However, please be aware that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or logistical delays may occasionally impact delivery times. In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed and resolve any issues promptly.

Regardless of your location we have to all orders personalized and on your doorstep within a maximum of 17 days after you have placed your order! 


Returns:

We take pride in the quality of our products and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your personalized item, please get in touch with our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note that personalized items are only eligible for return or exchange if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. We kindly ask you to provide us with photos and a detailed description of the issue to facilitate our evaluation process.

For non-personalized items, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Please be aware that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will issue a refund or arrange for an exchange in accordance with our policies.
